    Hello, tonight (9/26) I took one of your cab’s home from Mass General Hospital after work with a coworker. I got in the cab just after 11pm. I took the cab to Westland and Mass Ave. I left my phone in the cab, and I am hoping to get it back. I had that same coworker call to see how to best go about that, and was given a number for the BPD lost and found. I just wanted to know if there was anything else I should do to get back my phone.

  • I am trying to retrieve receipts for 2 transactions
    1) Charged to American Express on 10/2 (charge was $25.08)
    2) Charged to American Express on 10/5 (Charge was $8.40)
    Name of the American Express card was Ching-Cheung Ho. Last 4 digits of the card is 2000.
